Had a great Xmas stay in this hotel! Loved the cozy atmosphere and the warm decorations. The hot cocoa and cookies in the lobby were the best. The location was fantastic - right in the heart of the city, close to all the Xmas shopping spots. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always there to help.
